Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow blueprints and instructions from senior crew members
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Perform cleanup duties and maintain site security
- Support specialized trades (carpentry, masonry, etc.) as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Memphis metro
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
