Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized storage areas
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, hazard-free work zones
- Support various construction tasks including demolition, excavation support, and concrete finishing
- Perform physical labor in outdoor environments (weather dependent)
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience necessary – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
