Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including digging, carrying materials, and site preparation
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (hammers, shovels, saws)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform physical labor tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Participate in team projects to meet construction deadlines and quality standards
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and site cleanup duties
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train all new hires
- Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and desire to learn construction skills
