Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Perform site cleanup and waste management duties
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Load/unload equipment and materials at job sites
- Assist in concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain organized tool sheds and equipment inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
