Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and operate basic hand/power tools
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and debris removal
- Maintain organized job sites and support general construction operations
- Participate in team projects under supervisor guidance
- Report equipment issues and maintain tool cleanliness
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train motivated individuals
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license (preferred) and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
