Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and project specifications precisely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Perform site preparation, demolition, and debris removal
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Report safety hazards immediately to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid California Driver's License (for equipment operation)
