Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Safely operate hand tools and light equipment (training provided)
- Maintain organized job sites and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and transport debris to designated areas
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Participate in daily safety briefings and equipment checks
- Support various construction phases from framing to finishing
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and PPE usage
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
