Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in daily construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and ensuring safety compliance
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions to support project milestones
- Participate in daily safety briefings and adhere to OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- No experience required – we welcome motivated beginners!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team
- Flexible availability including early mornings and weekends as needed
