Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, equipment operation, and site preparation
- Perform general cleanup, debris removal, and site maintenance to ensure safety compliance
- Operate hand tools (hammers, shovels, levels) and power tools under supervision
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and follow verbal instructions
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines
- Assist in setting up and breaking down job sites daily
Qualifications
