Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and equipment operation
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Perform basic construction tasks (digging, lifting, carrying materials)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shifts
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support demolition and cleanup activities as needed
- Operate hand tools and light machinery under supervision
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Available to work early mornings/weekends
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
