Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, and moving objects
- Assist in setting up and breaking down job site infrastructure
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide training!
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and performing manual labor
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Basic communication skills for team collaboration
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Philadelphia metro area
