Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Support demolition, excavation, and concrete pouring operations
- Read and follow simple instructions from site supervisors
- Perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide on-the-job training
- Must possess physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with a team-oriented mindset
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (company-provided)
