Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Handle construction materials loading/unloading and inventory management
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Support skilled trades with material delivery and equipment setup
- Maintain clean and organized job site compliance with safety protocols
- Perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs), digging, and carrying
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, rain, dust)
- Basic physical stamina and mobility for manual labor
