Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material handling, excavation, and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., saws, drills, levels)
- Perform physical labor including lifting (up to 50 lbs), digging, and debris removal
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Participate in framing, concrete work, and finishing tasks as trained
