Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling using manual tools and equipment
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions to execute construction tasks accurately
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and operate basic machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws)
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to support project timelines and quality standards
- Perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs), digging, and debris removal
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (company-provided)
