Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials at job sites efficiently.
- Skill Support: Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, painting, and drywall installation.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Physical Labor: Perform digging, leveling, and other physical duties as required by the project.
- Site Prep: Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and marking areas.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero experience; training will be provided.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work full-time hours.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.
- Availability: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and flexible shifts.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
