Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and tools for the project site efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, with daily tasks and project requirements.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under direct supervision.
- Transport materials between storage areas and work zones as directed.
- Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific instructions.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and environments.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- No prior construction experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
