Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and projects.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment, including hammers, drills, and levels.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of debris at the end of each day.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform basic digging, leveling, and site preparation duties as directed by the Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces if required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and estimating quantities.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required for this role.
