Responsibilities
- Operate and handle various construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and ensure a safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Support concrete pouring, framing, or finishing activities as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team setting.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
