Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials to various work areas.
- Perform basic excavation, digging, and leveling duties.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Help with demolition and cleanup as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet.
- Basic math skills and ability to read basic instructions.
- No prior construction experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required.
