Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor on construction sites including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks like concrete pouring, framing, and site preparation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment as needed
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily project goals
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
- Strong physical stamina and endurance
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
