Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, loading, and unloading materials.
- Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks and project needs.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and comply with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety plans.
- Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles, ensuring materials are stored properly.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately to the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
