Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and hauling heavy materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under the supervision of senior crew members.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various on-site duties.
- Keep the construction site clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and stock them properly.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or instructions when directed by a supervisor.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we provide paid on-the-job training.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Must pass a standard drug screen and background check.
