Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and operations.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials and tools to job sites efficiently.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery safely and according to guidelines.
- Prepare and clean construction sites, removing debris and ensuring a safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly at all times.
- Measure, cut, and handle building materials accurately to support project timelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus but not required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
