Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems efficiently and accurately.
- Install, replace, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and appliances (water heaters, toilets, sinks).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan project execution.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to prevent future system failures.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and provide detailed cost estimates.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the proper storage of materials and tools.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License required (specific to TX or VA).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience in residential and commercial settings.
- Tools: Own or have access to a comprehensive set of professional plumbing tools.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
