Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal.
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials and tools safely.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies strictly.
- Perform physical labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and working on your feet for long periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level applicants.
