Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks on site.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools safely.
- Operate basic construction equipment (jackhammers, generators, etc.) under supervision.
- Dig trenches, pour concrete, and assist in framing and finishing.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites to ensure safety and compliance.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for hardworking individuals willing to learn.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to projects in Texas and Florida.
