Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by cleaning debris and following safety protocols.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans.
- Assist in excavation, framing, or finishing duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus.
