Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and demolition.
- Perform site preparation, including excavation, leveling, and cleanup.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under supervision.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- No experience necessary; training provided for qualified candidates.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
