Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks and general site preparation.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting heavy objects, and site cleanup.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends as required.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50+ lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately.
- Must provide own steel-toed safety boots (required).
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).
