Job Overview
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. You will work closely with our skilled trades team to ensure that every site is built to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, loading, and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction duties.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site layouts.
- Transport materials to and from the job site efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED is a plus but not always required for entry-level roles.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
