Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and unloading of construction materials and equipment.
- Operate basic tools and machinery safely under supervision.
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance to ensure a safe work environment.
- Support skilled trade professionals (carpenters, electricians, etc.) as needed.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Transport materials to and from job sites as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a night shift schedule (4:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for 8-10 hours per day.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
