Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in strict adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic manual labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
- Operate power tools and machinery under direct supervision.
- Transport materials between job sites using company vehicles or hand carts.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; full training provided.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
