Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Perform basic site preparation tasks, including digging, lifting, and clearing debris.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and project managers.
- Work in various weather conditions and on various types of construction projects.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and at heights (if applicable).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to following them.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
