Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup duties
- Safely load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain organized, hazard-free work environments
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Support foundation framing, concrete pouring, and demolition tasks
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
