Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including digging, carrying, and lifting heavy materials.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and maintain an organized job site.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment by strictly adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Read and interpret basic site plans and blueprints when directed.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the construction industry.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
