Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Machinery Support: Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assistance: Help skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure project milestones are met on time.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Jacksonville, OH.
- Experience: Previous experience in construction or labor is preferred but not strictly required.
- Safety Conscious: Strong understanding of basic safety protocols and willingness to wear PPE at all times.
