Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, leveling the ground, and ensuring a safe work environment.
- Material Handling: Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and transport them to the work area.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and equipment under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized job site, including sweeping, hauling away trash, and storing tools properly.
- Crew Support: Work alongside experienced carpenters, electricians, and masons to support daily project tasks.
- Assistance: Help with digging, mixing concrete, and other manual labor tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing on concrete for extended hours.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work in various weather conditions.
- Team Player: A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn new skills.
