Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and plumbers) with daily site tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize materials and tools to keep the job site efficient.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Perform site preparation, digging, and general cleanup duties.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine willingness to learn.
- Basic communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A valid driver's license is a plus, but not required.
