Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and hauling materials on construction sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks as directed by the site foreman.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and distribute them to the correct locations.
- Complete daily time sheets and material logs accurately.
- Communicate effectively with the crew and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of construction safety is a plus, but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
