Responsibilities
- Site Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople with excavation, site preparation, and cleanup duties.
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools at the job site.
- Machinery Support: Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under direct supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with crew leads and fellow workers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Physical Tasks: Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Entry Level Friendly: No prior construction experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time every day.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Driver's License: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
