Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Site Preparation: Clean work areas, dig trenches, and prepare surfaces for construction activities.
- Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with daily tasks as needed.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Waste Management: Remove debris and ensure the site remains tidy and organized.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide training for candidates with a strong willingness to learn.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.
