Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and grading operations
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and bulldozers
- Install and remove construction scaffolding and temporary structures
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete surfaces
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Class A CDL or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Experience with power tools and hand tools
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
