Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and roofing.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and hauling heavy materials.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and site managers to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is necessary; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
