Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and distribution of building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites, including removal of debris and waste disposal.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under strict supervision.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Support skilled tradespeople with digging, lifting, measuring, and site preparation.
- Ensure tools and materials are stored properly after use to maintain an organized site.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus but not required.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work well within a team.
