Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks and duties.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from the job site.
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and cleaning the site.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris and organizing tools.
- Help with demolition and site preparation as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety standards is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
