Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks including measuring, cutting, and moving materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and organize job sites to ensure efficiency.
- Strictly follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of work areas at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in various weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends if needed.
- No prior construction experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read simple instructions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
