Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (backhoes, excavators) and power tools safely
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and installation work
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety compliance standards
- Read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Participate in scaffold assembly and disassembly procedures

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Class B CDL license preferred (training provided)
