Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Load and unload construction equipment and materials from trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Follow written and verbal instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the construction field.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
