Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under supervisor guidance
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Maintain organized job sites by sorting materials and removing debris
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid O-10 construction certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically intensive tasks
- Basic math skills for material measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Dallas Metroplex
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Pass background check and drug screening
